Mission Statement

My mission as a school counselor is to illuminate multiple pathways for each student's college, career, and life aspirations through a practice of high expectations, empathy, support, and opportunities for meaningful participation.

It is my hope that as a school counselor I will be able to help foster the potential of each student in order to help produce the next generation of educated, and responsible global citizens.

If education is to remain the great liberator and equalizer, the role of the educator must be to believe in the potential of each student as a world changer, raze the obstacles that bind them, and make certain that policy reflects justice in opportunity and attainment for each student.

OBJECTIVE:
To promote educational success for students through use of data collection and analysis, the implementation of evidence based practices, collaborative consultation with administrators, teachers, families and the community to best prepare each student to achieve their goals beyond the classroom
and become fully actualized individuals.”
